By using SecretPost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

SecretPost provides anonymous messaging, one-time secret sharing, and client-side encryption tools. The service is provided as-is without warranties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SecretPost to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Send illegal content
• Impersonate other people or organizations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to submit content at scale

Content & Moderation

Users can report abusive messages. We reserve the right to hide content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Anonymous messages cannot be traced back to senders by design.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended accounts cannot log in or receive messages.

One-Time Secrets

Secrets are encrypted client-side. We cannot recover secrets after viewing or expiry. We are not responsible for lost decryption keys.

Limitation of Liability

SecretPost is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
